Take a moment to reflect on these words:

"Acting according to your conscience is often not easy.  It is more comfortable to go along wit the majority, to let things happen the way that they always have.  But for you to make a difference, you must make that choice.

My hope is that each of you chooses the more difficult course--that you choose to welcome constant change with zest instead of resistance, that you choose to seek common ground with those with whom you differ instead of defining them as your enemies, and that you choose to act on your beliefs instead of allowing others to define your conscience."
