InstaPot creamy soup chicken

My crockpot died and I decided it was time to get an Instant pot again.  Luckily right about that time there was a sale at Kohl's for discontinued Instant Pots.  I couldn't pass that up.  After a week of getting over the fear of being burned by the steam (I haven't been, I've been super careful) I am in love with it and try to make everything in it.  

I could right some pretty stuff an tell you how wonderful it is. It is. But I just need the recipe. So here it is. Hope your enjoy. 


 Ingredients:

  •  1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
  • 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • garlic salt and dried parsley to taste

Directions:

  • Place your chicken in the bottom of your 6-quart instant pot.
  • Mix together the rest of your ingredients, except for your rice, and pour over your chicken.
  • Seal and cook on manual 10 minutes.
  • Natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
  • Serve over rice.
