InstaPot - Chicken Thighs

I haven't worked on a recipe in such a long I don't know how it should look.  As I am writing I am realizing I took no photos of the prep.  I am just really excited about starting to use an Instant Pot again, and I just wanted to write the recipe down so I wouldn't have to look for it online.  Yes, I know there are a variety of ways to save a website, recipe any information online.  But each time I do it differently.  So here we are.

Instant Pot chicken thighs are super simple.

Place trivet in the pot.
Put 1 cup of broth in your pot.
Lay the thighs on the trivet.  If you have more than one layer of thighs, pour some oil on the first layer before placing the next ones.
Don't forget to season.
Put the cover on, and make sure the pressure valve is closed.
Press the Manual button
Set timer for 10 minutes if you're using fresh or thawed chicken) OR 15-20 minutes depending on how frozen they are
Press Start. and wait.
When the time is up, let it release naturally for 10 minutes for fresh (15 for frozen)
