Journal Prompts

Trying to get in the daily habit of writing, something, anything can be difficult.  You sit down and hope something pops out of your head to the page. You stress yourself out trying to think about what to write.
I've found some prompts from around the internet to help get you started.

Pick a prompt.  Randomly. Don't read them. Pick a number between 1 and 25.  Read that Prompt.
Set a timer and write for 5 minutes.

Don't think, just write.

Happy Writing.
