I need sauce!

In an attempt to eat healthier I am going to drown my food.  Eating clean is a good idea, but I need a bit of help at times.

Here are some tasty recipes that I have found.  Things to remember when eating clean.  Look at the ingredients, if it's filled with "ohols" and "dexes" and words that you may be able to say, but not be able to  use in a conversation, they probably are not clean ingredients.

Let's keep the sugar out of this.

Greek Yogurt

Creamy Balsamic

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combined and smooth.




Creamy Salsa Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 to 3 teaspoons taco seasoning

Instructions:
Place salsa, Greek yogurt, and taco seasoning into a blender.
Blend on high until smooth, creamy, and well-combined.
Refrigerate for at least four hours to allow the flavors to blend.
