Champagne and Sabers

Ok, I'm half way there!  I have the champagne!  all I need is the saber now to try this.

The Sommelier from the St. Regis Atlanta, Harry Constantinescu, accepted the extraordinary challenge to establish a Guinness Book World Record on September 17, 2010.

The challenge: saber at least 22 bottles of champagne in less than 60 seconds.

The result:  19 bottles of champagne in 60 seconds.
